ETFE EQUIPMENT WIRE

 ETFE Equipment Wire is suitable for wiring electrical and electronic equipment and for use in high performance aerospace applications such as airframe wiring.  Avionics, automotive/vehicle applications, telecoms and military uses.

ETFE is flexible with excellent resistance to dynamic and static cut through.  Very good abrasion resistance. Excellent fluid resistance, especially hydraulic. Radiation Resistance 200MRAD, Melting point 270°C.

ETFE Equipment wire is available with Medium wall or thin wall insulation. 

Temperature Range (DEF 61-12 Pt 29)

 Tinned Copper Conductor (Type 2 and Type 5)   -75°C to 135°C

Silver Plated Conductor  (Type 1 and Type 4)   -75°C to 150°C

Silver Plated High StrengthCopper Alloy (Type 3 and Type 6)   -75°C to 150°C Voltage Rating ; 600V r.m.s 

ETFE Equipment Wire (Hook up Wire) is also available as screened or screened and sheathed and multicore versions.
