Here we have put together a selection of technical information and some answers to general questions you may have which we hope you will find useful. 

I do not have an account set up can I place an order?

Yes, initial trading is set up on a Pro-forma Invoice basis, however if our credit scoring facility allows we may be able to offer a 30 day account immediately.
I am outside of the UK, will you accept an order?
We ship both in the UK and internationally, we would be pleased to receive your order.
We will require ‘end user and application’ information before we can process your requirement in order for us to meet the terms of our exporting requirements.
Prices will be quoted in GBP / Pounds Sterling unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms for new accounts will be Pro-Forma basis.
What are your Delivery terms and Carriage Costs ?
UK – Ex Works terms.  Carriage costs are additional per delivery, determined by weight and dimensions of consignment unless otherwise clearly specified on our quotation to you.
Generally a 24 to 48 hour carrier service is offered as standard.  However, various timed and special delivery services are available.
Collection from our premises in person can also be an option.
INTERNATIONAL –  Carriage Terms are CPT to delivery destination.  

Airfreight and Seafreight services available dependant on size and weight of consignment.

Do you have a price list?

We do not offer price lists due to the changing factors such as copper and other material costs.  Also many of the cables we offer are special/made to order type.  A quotation is offered specific to your requirement based on quantity and availability.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes we have a minimum order value of £75.00
Are there other additional charges for certification?
K.  Lacey CofC – £3.00 per order
Copy of Manufacturers CofC - £25.00 per order
FAIR – Cost to be advised upon request
Certificate of Origin – Cost to be advised upon request
I need a cable that is not listed on your website, can you help?
Yes, the cables listed are either from our standard product range or items we are asked for regularly.  We have access to many different manufacturers’ products and would be pleased to receive your enquiry.
I don’t know what cable type I require, I only have limited information?
If you can advise us on your cable application and any specific requirements i.e. temperature, voltage, dimensional requirements we will investigate the options for you and are sure to come up with a solution.
I have ordered the cable in error, can I return this to you?
Providing the goods are as sold i.e. on the reel/drum supplied with our labels intact and unused with no damage we will accept returns within an agreeable timescale from when the goods were supplied.  
Credit will be given against the product prices charged only (no carriage or other costs will be credited) and will also be subject to a 15% handling charge, or £15.00 whichever is greater.

What are your payment terms ; 

Once a credit account has been opened our payment terms are ;
30 days end of month
Can I schedule the shipment of my order?
Please request this at time of quotation.  Options may be given dependant on the product, quantity and call-off required.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes we accept Credit Card Payments. (American Express and Debit Cards are not accepted)
